Master Craftsman, all our products are cooked in our laboratory in Charroux. Thierry uses no additives and prefers to source his raw materials from local suppliers. We also offer a fine selection of local products.

Confits, magrets, cooked dishes, pounti auvergnat, pompe aux grattons, snail velouté, truffles, world spices, wines, champagne, whisky and Auvergne rum.
